Your answers are assessed using Symperical’s four-pillar framework. You receive a basic report highlighting potential strengths, areas that may need attention and practical opportunities to consider.
The report is an initial assessment, not a comprehensive audit or a guarantee of business performance.
Is the Business Health Check really free?
Yes. The introductory Business Health Check is free, and there is no obligation to purchase consulting services after completing it.
If you would like more detailed support, you may have the opportunity to discuss paid consulting options.
How long does it take?
Completion time depends on how quickly you work through the questions and how much thought you give your answers. Allow enough time to answer accurately.
What happens after I complete the questionnaire?
The process will explain how to receive your report. Where available, you may also be offered an opportunity to book a conversation to discuss your results and consider whether further support would be useful.
Any booking and follow-up arrangements will be explained as part of the process.
Is the report generated using artificial intelligence?
Symperical plans to use automated analysis and artificial intelligence to help prepare reports and recommendations. The final process and providers will be confirmed as the service is implemented.
AI-assisted reports may contain errors or omit relevant context. They are intended to support reflection and discussion, not replace professional advice or a comprehensive review.
What is the difference between the free Health Check and the paid Business Health Review?
The free Business Health Check is a basic assessment based on your questionnaire responses and Symperical’s four-pillar framework.
The paid Business Health Review is intended to provide a deeper examination of your business, including a more detailed questionnaire, information gathering and a fact-finding discussion, followed by tailored recommendations and potential priorities.
The scope, deliverables, fees and terms will be explained before you commit to a paid engagement.
Do you guarantee increased revenue or profit?
No. We aim to provide practical guidance and structured support, but business outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, resources, decisions and implementation. We cannot guarantee particular results.
Is my information confidential?
We take the handling of personal and business information seriously and intend to use it only for appropriate, disclosed purposes.
